200px-Season_35_artworkMore news from Disney’s D23 2024 has been announced as a new Disney+ Special, airing on October 11, 2024. According to Vanity, the special is Halloween themed.

Season 36 News: New Disney+ specials announced: “O C’mon All Ye Faithful”, “The Past and the Furious” and “Yellow Planet”!

200px-Season_35_artworkAt the end of Disney’s D23 2024 the cast announced a new set of three specials for Disney+, with the first airing on December 17, 2024, and the rest airing during 2025. The titles of the specials were reveasled at the event and reported by TVLine.

The specials are part of the 35th production season and will be part of the episode order.

The first episode is a double-lenght episode, which is why the other tweets report 4, and it’s the previously announced “O C’mon All Ye Faithful“.

Another episode is called “The Past and the Furious“, which we have no information, while another is called “Yellow Planet“.

Informations about a plot of one of them was also announced.

Matt Selman wants to do a Bluey couch gag (minute 7:30) in response to the Bluey opening parody.

In “Treehouse of Horror XXXV“, in Denim (minute 4:52) only the talking pants are animated in stop-motion, while the political segment (minute 56:14) talks about how American love partisan politics, and how they’re becoming World-destroying kaijus. In

Season 36 News: A new special guest for “Bart’s Birthday”, more roles and new information, have been announced!

200px-Season_35_artworkNew Information on upcoming episodes have been announced (starting from minute 19:30). A new Special Guest for the first episode of the season, “Bart’s Birthday“, has been announced, as Joel McHale will appear, and Danny DeVito has been confirmed to return as his previous role of Herb Powell. The episode will air on September 29, 2024.

Andy Serkis will introduce the stories in “Treehouse of Horror Presents: Simpsons Wicked This Way Comes” like Illustrated Man did in “Something Wicked This Way Comes”. The episode is scheduled to air on November 24, 2024.

There are not plans of another cannon halloween episodes for now.

Michael Price will show run Treehouse of Horror XXXVI.
