New Information on upcoming episodes have been announced (starting from minute 19:30). A new Special Guest for the first episode of the season, “Bart’s Birthday“, has been announced, as Joel McHale will appear, and Danny DeVito has been confirmed to return as his previous role of Herb Powell. The episode will air on September 29, 2024.

Andy Serkis will introduce the stories in “Treehouse of Horror Presents: Simpsons Wicked This Way Comes” like Illustrated Man did in “Something Wicked This Way Comes”. The episode is scheduled to air on November 24, 2024.

There are not plans of another cannon halloween episodes for now.
