A segment of the next Treehouse of Horror, “Treehouse of Horror XXXVI“, has been announced: “Homer vs. the Hatapult”.

It will feature a giant hat on a catapult, an hatapult, due to a character only knowing how to hit things with hats.

It was announced at the minutes 19:52 and 28:08.
