A new season is premiering soon and recently new promo pics and synopses for the premiere and second epsiode of this season have been released.

The premiere episode  The Children’s Book Job where Marge hopes to save Springfield Elementary by inviting a reclusive British children’s author to appear at the school’s book fair. But Homer botches his assignment of picking the author up at the airport, and the drunken pepper pot leads him on a desperate wild chase to get her to the school on time.

The second episode Diary of a Chimpy Kid where Bart and Lisa adopt an abandoned baby chimp and clash over their surprisingly different parenting styles. When the chimp is abducted by a private wild animal zoo, the family goes on a mission to rescue him. Homer is conflicted about saving the ape, because he’s convinced the chimp will tear off his face and groin.
