A Special Guest has been announced for the Season 30 episodes “My Way or the Highway to Heaven” and “Baby You Can’t Drive My Car“!

In “My Way or the Highway to Heaven”, he will voice himself in Heaven, a reference to his car accident and coma in 2014, when after waking up he said God told him “Your room ain’t ready. I still got something for you to do”. In”Baby You Can’t Drive My Car” he will voice a tow truck driver, who drives past Homer and Marge.

There is a really good Jurassic Park parody where it’s Geriatric Park. They inject all the senior citizens with dinosaur DNA.

Werking Mom

Marge starts selling “tubberware” but she’s not very good at it. Julio gives her a makeover to boost her confidence and she becomes successful, not realizing everyone thinks she’s a drag queen. The sub-plot is a parody of Amélie, where Lisa does little things to make people happy.

RuPaul will guest star as Himself.

Heartbreak Hotel

There will be a satire of “The Amazing Race”. Marge and Homer are a couple that goes on and immediately loses.

Bart vs. Itchy & Scratchy and unknown episode

Megan Amram has written two episodes for the season, one of them being Bart vs. Itchy & Scratchy.

The episodes will probably air during the 30th broadcast season (2018/19 TV season).

Information about the plot and a new Guest Star for the episode “Lisa Gets the Blues“, which will air on April 22, 2018; has been released by FOX. The episode will be the 17th episode of Season 29. This episode will also be the 635th episode of the show, equalling the number of episodes of ”Gunsmoke”, who still holds the record for longest running scripted prime time series. With the episode after this one, ”The Simpsons” will break that record.

In the episode …
“When the Simpsons’ flight to Gainesville gets re-routed to New Orleans, Lisa is forced to face her failures, and regain her confidence as a jazz musician. Meanwhile, Bart is intrigued by the voodoo in Louisiana, and Homer is intrigued by the drinking.”
